My promise is to provide fact-checked and approachable information from peer-reviewed and reliable sources. If I ever make a mistake and share incorrect information, I promise to make amends right away.

When it comes to products and partnerships, I follow the “Ron Swanson” rule:
-I only endorse products or services that I have tried and/or use personally.
-I vet any companies or organizations I endorse to make sure they are operating in an ethical way and our values are aligned.
-If I ever include affiliate links in my articles (where I receive a small commission from any purchase made at no cost to you) I will disclose this with you.
-If I learn that an organization I have endorsed has gone back on our shared values, I will remove them from my site and inform you.
